I have a 64 bit machine running Windows 10 Pro. I upgraded or rather Windows updated 240 to 10586.3. Since then I have been unable to connect to my VPN provider (PIA). I run the install program (after deleting all manner of file, registry entries and devices) and timeout after 4 minutes. Of course, everything was fine on 240. I am over my head with respect to fixing this problem. It just shouldn't be this hard. I have listed the contents of the setupapi.dev.log in the hopes someone can help me find the problem.
